You can be prepared to provide Emergency Officials with vital information about yourself or someone close to you by participating in the MPI System. In far too many cases, Emergency Officials are thwarted in their efforts to locate or help individuals do to the lack of current and accurate descriptions, and photographs. Throughout America officials concur; the possession of a complete profile is the best assurance of a quick and safe recovery.
WHO IS MPI SYSTEM?
Within months of providing the MPI System to friends and neighbors. He found that it has helped Emergency Officials gain important information on an individual whether they were found unconscious or missing.
WHAT IS AN MPI SYSTEM?
The driver's license-sized card contains a complete physical and medical description of an individual and a full-color photograph. The Individual*s address is listed to aid in the return of the card should it be misplaced. The back side of the card contains important information about "Your Medical History". The entire card is heat-seal laminated in heavy plastic for a permanent record. It is designed for Individuals and their Parents or Spouse to carry at all times. As the years pass physical descriptions change, it is advised to update the card annually.
HOW DOES THE PROGRAM WORK?
MPI SYSTEM is an "Option Program" offered equally to anyone who wishes to participate. Schools are a natural vehicle to promote Safety Programs and the low cost of the card is made possible only by being able to reach as many parents as possible in one location. The program is offered at no cost or obligation to the participating school or its Parent Organization. It's simply an option for the each individual. MPI SYSTEM Directors administer all of the paperwork and I.D. Card production with a minimum of interruption to classroom. We also provide you with a toll free number that you may call in case of an emergency and we will contact your emergency contact for you. Once the information is received it may take up to two weeks to process and mail out your cards.

All information is kept confidential and sealed for your protection.
IS THE CARD INFORMATION KEPT ON FILE?
Yes! The information is kept on file to make it simpler to provide you with extra cards or to update the information.
